NOTE: Due to Blizzard's release process, some of these changes may have already 
been implemented in the game. Although they might not be entirely new, they represent
the latest adjustments when compared to previous patch changes.

Skills

Barbarian
  • Bash: Bash the enemy with your weapon, dealing 33% damage. After four hits, your next Bash will stun enemies for 1.5 seconds. Using a Two-Handed weapon doubles the stun frequency.
  • Concussion: Lucky Hit: Skills with Bludgeoning weapons have up to a 10% chance to stun enemies for 2 seconds, or up to 15% with a Two-Handed Bludgeoning weapon.
  • Endless Fury: Basic Skills generate 12% more Fury.
  • Gushing Wounds: When inflicting Bleed, you have a chance equal to your Critical Strike Chance to increase the Bleed amount by 70%, further boosted by 100% of your Critical Strike Damage bonus. Overpowering a Bleeding enemy triggers an explosion that deals 120% Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.
  • Hammer of the Ancients: Slam your hammer down with immense fury, dealing 55% damage to a concentrated area.
  • Imposing Presence: Gain 5% additional Maximum Life.
  • Kick: Charge Cooldown: 9 seconds
  • Rend: Cleave enemies in front of you, dealing 12% damage and causing 105% Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.
  • Thick Skin: Each time you take direct damage, gain 0.6% of your Maximum Life as Fortify.
  • Unbridled Rage: Core Skills deal 45% increased damage but consume 100% more Fury.
  • Unconstrained: Extend Berserking’s maximum duration by 5 seconds and increase its damage bonus to 60%.
  • Upheaval: Tear into the ground with your weapon and fling debris forward, dealing 88% damage.
  • Walking Arsenal: Dealing direct damage with Two-Handed Bludgeoning, Two-Handed Slashing, or Dual-Wielded weapons grants 8% increased damage for 10 seconds. With all three bonuses active, gain an additional 10% increased damage and Attack Speed.
Druid
  • Blood Howl: Defensive Shapeshifting Werewolf Shout.
  • Boulder: Unearth a large rolling boulder that knocks back enemies repeatedly, dealing 70% damage with each hit.
  • Clarity: Wrath Companion.
  • Cyclone Armor: Passive: Powerful winds surround you, providing a 15.0% reduction in Non-Physical Damage.
  • Debilitating Roar: Shapeshift into a Werebear and unleash a mighty roar, reducing nearby enemies’ damage output by 40% for 4 seconds.
  • Earthen Bulwark: Rocks encase you for 3 seconds, forming a Barrier that absorbs damage equal to 45% of your Maximum Life.
  • Earthen Might: Lucky Hit: Damaging enemies with Earth Skills has up to a 10% chance to trigger various effects.
  • Grizzly Rage: Transform into a Dire Werebear for 10 seconds, gaining a 30% bonus damage and 20% Damage Reduction. The damage bonus increases by 3% each second, up to 75%. Kills extend the duration by 1 second, capped at 10 seconds.
  • Heightened Senses: When shapeshifting into an animal form, Werebear grants a 3% Damage Reduction and Werewolf grants a 2% Movement Speed increase, each for 6 seconds. These bonuses double when both forms are active.
  • Hurricane: Form a hurricane around you, dealing 346% damage to nearby enemies over 8 seconds.
  • Iron Fur: Gain 4% Damage Reduction while in Werebear form.
  • Landslide: Crush enemies between four pillars of earth, dealing up to 140% damage.
  • Lightning Storm: Conjure a growing lightning storm that deals 74% damage per strike. The number of strikes increases the longer the storm is channeled, up to a maximum of 5 simultaneous strikes.
  • Lupine Ferocity: Every third Werewolf Skill hit critically strikes and deals 70% increased damage, doubled to 140% against injured enemies.
  • Perfect Storm: Storm Skills you cast grant 1 Spirit and deal 40% increased damage when hitting vulnerable, immobilized, or slowed enemies.
  • Pulverize: Shapeshift into a Werebear and slam the ground, dealing 92% damage to surrounding enemies.
    • First Attack: Dash toward the target and deal 52% damage.
    • Second Attack: Deal 72% damage.
    • Third Attack: Perform a larger finishing move dealing 143% damage.
  • Tornado: Conjure a swirling tornado that deals 65% damage.
  • Ursine Strength: Gain 20% additional Maximum Life while in Werebear form and for 3 seconds after leaving it. While healthy, deal 30% increased damage and 30% increased Overpower damage.
  • Vigilance: Gain 7% Damage Reduction for 6 seconds after using a Defensive Skill.
Necromancer
  • Blight: Release concentrated blight, dealing 40% damage and leaving a corrupted area that inflicts 135% damage over 6 seconds.
  • Blood Wave: Lucky Hit Chance: 50%. Summon a tidal wave of blood that causes 450% damage and knocks back enemies.
  • Iron Maiden: Curse a target area. Enemies affected take 30% damage every 2 seconds and each time they deal direct damage, lasting 10 seconds.
  • Reap: Lucky Hit Chance: 30%.
  • Sever: Lucky Hit Chance: 40%. A specter of you charges forward, attacks with its scythe for 110% damage, then returns and strikes again for 45% damage.
  • Shadowblight: Shadow damage infects enemies with Shadowblight for 2 seconds. Every 8th instance of Shadow damage from you or your Minions while Shadowblight is active inflicts an additional 44% Shadow damage.
Rogue
  • Aftermath: While an Ultimate is on your Action Bar, you heal 0.5% of your maximum life every second. After using an Ultimate, you regain 25 Energy.
  • Alchemical Advantage: Dealing Poison damage boosts your Attack Speed and Lucky Hit Chance by 1%[+] for 8 seconds, stacking up to 5%[+].
  • Blade Shift: Quickly stab your target for 30% damage and shift, making you Unhindered for 4 seconds.
  • Caltrops: Leap backward and scatter caltrops on the ground, dealing 45% damage and slowing enemies by 50% for 7 seconds.
  • Unstable Elixirs: Using a Healing Potion stuns surrounding enemies for 2 seconds and boosts your damage by 6%[x] for 10 seconds. You can now drink your Healing Potion while at full Life.
  • Dash: Move forward quickly, slashing enemies for 40% damage. Any enemies hit are slowed by 30% for 3 seconds.
  • Flurry: Lucky Hit Chance: 20%. Unleash a series of stabs and slashes, hitting enemies in front of you 4 times, dealing a total of 130% damage to each.
  • Impetus: After moving 15 meters, your next Core or Ultimate Skill deals 8%[x] increased damage. While this bonus is active, your Agility and Subterfuge Skills deal 5%[x] increased damage.
  • Invigorating Strike: Melee attack an enemy, dealing 30% damage and increasing Energy Regeneration by 20%[x] for 3 seconds.
  • Malice: You deal 3%[x] increased damage to Vulnerable enemies and 3%[x] increased damage to Knocked Down enemies. These bonuses can apply simultaneously.
  • Momentum: Casting a Cutthroat Skill grants a stack of Momentum. Casting a Non-Cutthroat Skill removes a stack of Momentum. For each stack of Momentum, you gain:
    • 3% Damage Reduction
    • 3% Maximum Energy
    • 3%[x] Energy Regeneration
    • 3%[+] Movement Speed
    • 5%[x] Increased Damage
    • Maximum of 10 Stacks.
  • Penetrating Shot: Fire an arrow that pierces through all enemies in a line, dealing 70% damage, increased by 10%[x] per enemy it pierces.
  • Poison Imbuement: Imbue your weapons with lethal poison. Your next 2 Imbueable Skills deal Poison damage and apply 100% of their Base damage as additional Poisoning damage over 6 seconds.
  • Poison Trap: Place a trap that arms after 1.25 seconds. It activates when an enemy moves within range, applying 540% Poisoning damage over 9 seconds to enemies in the area.
  • Rapid Gambits: Evading through an enemy dazes them for 2 seconds. Your Evade Cooldown is reduced by 0.25 seconds when you daze an enemy.
  • Second Wind: Every 100 Energy you spend grants 15% of your Maximum Life (249) as a Barrier for 3 seconds.
  • Shadow Step: Become Unstoppable and quickly move through the shadows to stab your target from behind for 80% damage. Gain 50% increased Movement Speed for 2 seconds afterward.
  • Smoke Grenade: Lucky Hit Chance: 25%. Throw a smoke grenade at enemies that deals 45% damage and dazes them for 4 seconds.
  • Trick Attacks: Dazing or Stunning an enemy increases your Critical Strike Chance by 2%[+] and Critical Strike Damage by 2%[x] for 5 seconds, both up to 12%.
  • Victimize: Lucky Hit: Dealing direct damage to a Vulnerable enemy has up to a 50% chance to cause an explosion, dealing 62% of the damage to them and surrounding enemies.
  • Weapon Mastery: Daggers: 7%[x] increased damage to Healthy and Injured enemies.
Sorcerer
  • Align the Elements: You gain 3% Damage Reduction against Elites for each second you haven’t taken damage from one, up to a maximum of 60%. This bonus lasts for 3 seconds after taking damage.
  • Ball Lightning: Discharge a ball of lightning that moves slowly forward, continuously zapping enemies for 23% damage.
  • Blizzard: Summon a frigid storm that deals 210% damage and continuously chills enemies for 18% over 8 seconds.
  • Chain Lightning: Unleash a stream of lightning that deals 43% damage and chains between nearby enemies and you up to 5 times, prioritizing enemies.
  • Charged Bolts: Release 5 bolts of lightning that course along the ground erratically, each dealing 45% damage.
  • Combustion: Your Burning effects deal 60%[x] increased damage, plus an additional 4%[x] per unique source of Burning applied to the enemy.
  • Convulsions: Lucky Hit: Shock Skills have up to a 7% chance to stun enemies for 3 seconds.
  • Crippling Flames: Lucky Hit: Pyromancy Skills have up to a 7% chance to immobilize enemies for 2 seconds. This chance doubles while you are Healthy.
  • Fireball: Hurl an exploding ball of fire that deals 66% damage to surrounding enemies.
  • Firewall: Create a wall of flames that burns enemies for 229% damage over 8 seconds.
  • Frozen Orb: Release an orb that chills enemies for 34% and expels piercing shards, dealing a total of 52% damage. Upon expiration, it explodes, dealing 50% damage and chilling enemies for 8.7%.
  • Hydra: Summon a 3-headed hydra for 10 seconds. Each head spits fire at enemies, dealing 18% damage.
  • Ice Armor: A barrier of ice forms around you for 6 seconds, absorbing 56% of your maximum life in damage.
  • Ice Shards: Launch 5 shards that deal 36% damage each, dealing 25%[x] increased damage to Frozen enemies.
  • Incinerate: Channel a beam of fire, burning enemies for 101% damage per second. Damage per second increases over 2 seconds, up to 136%.
  • Inferno: Summon a fiery serpent that constricts the target area, burning enemies for 352% damage over 8 seconds.
  • Mana Shield: Every time you spend 100 Mana, you gain 10% Damage Reduction for 5 seconds.
  • Meteor: Summon a meteor that strikes the target location, dealing 96% damage and burning the ground for 35% damage over 3 seconds.
  • Shatter: After Freeze expires, enemies explode for 45% of the damage you dealt to them while Frozen.
  • Shocking Impact: Every time you stun an enemy, you deal 50% Lightning damage to them.
  • Snap Freeze: Lucky Hit: Frost Skills have up to a 7% chance to instantly freeze enemies.
  • Spark: Launch a bolt of lightning that shocks an enemy 4 times, each hit dealing 12% damage.
  • Static Discharge: Lucky Hit: Critical Strikes with Shock Skills have up to a 6% chance to generate a Crackling Energy.
  • Teleport: Cooldown: 14 seconds. Transform into lightning, becoming Unstoppable and surging to the target location, dealing 35% damage around you upon arrival.
  • Vyr’s Mastery: When you critically strike an enemy with a Shock Skill, you become charged and take 25%[x] less damage for 5 seconds. While charged, critical strikes have a 10% chance to cause the damage to arc as Lightning damage to another nearby enemy, or if there are no other targets, you hit the target again for 250% of the damage.
  • Warmth: Every 1 second, you heal for 1.0% of your maximum life for each nearby Burning enemy. Healing increases to 4.0% from bosses.

Skill Modifiers

Barbarian
  • Battle Bash: When you clobber an enemy, you generate an additional 10 Fury.
  • Combat Lunging Strike: Critical Strikes with Lunging Strike grant you Berserking for 3.0 seconds.
  • Enhanced Bash: Clobbering an enemy grants you 20% of your Maximum Life as Fortify.
  • Enhanced Iron Skin: Iron Skin’s Barrier absorbs 25% more of your Maximum Life.
  • Enhanced Upheaval: Upheaval has a 35% chance to Stun all enemies it damages for 3.0 seconds.
  • Furious Hammer of the Ancients: Hammer of the Ancients gains a 2.0%[+] Critical Strike Chance for every 10 Fury you had when cast. Its Critical Strikes Knock Down enemies for 2 seconds.
  • Furious Rend: Direct damage with Rend grants 5 Fury per enemy hit, up to a maximum of 25 Fury.
  • Tactical Challenging Shout: While Challenging Shout is active, you gain 6 Fury each time you take damage.
  • Tactical Ground Stomp: Ground Stomp generates 60 Fury.
  • Violent Hammer of the Ancients: After Overpowering with Hammer of the Ancients, you deal 40%[x] more damage for 5 seconds.
  • Violent Rend: Rend deals 30%[x] increased damage to Vulnerable enemies.
  • Violent Upheaval: If Upheaval damages at least 2 enemies or a Boss, you gain Berserking for 3 seconds, increased to 5 seconds if it damages at least 4 enemies.
Druid
  • Enhanced Poison Creeper: The duration of Poison Creeper’s Immobilize and Poison effects is extended by 1 second.
  • Natural Rabies: Rabies’ spread distance is increased by 70%.
  • Primal Landslide: When you Immobilize or Stun an enemy, you gain a Terramote. Each enemy hit by Landslide consumes a Terramote, ensuring a Critical Strike with 40%[x] increased Critical Strike Damage. Bosses have up to a 10% chance to grant a Terramote when hit.
  • Raging Shred: Shred’s third combo attack has a larger area and applies an additional 143% Poisoning damage over 5 seconds.
Rogue
  • Advanced Flurry: Each successive cast of Flurry increases its damage by 10%[x] and decreases its Energy cost by 10%, stacking up to 3 times.
  • Countering Dark Shroud: With at least one active shadow from Dark Shroud, your Critical Strike Chance increases by 10%[+].
  • Countering Poison Trap: When Poison Trap is triggered, there is a 40% chance to reset your Imbuement Skill Cooldowns.
  • Countering Smoke Grenade: Hitting an Elite or Boss with Smoke Grenade reduces its Cooldown by 5 seconds.
  • Disciplined Caltrops: Gain a 10%[+] Critical Strike Chance against enemies within your Caltrops, which doubles against Vulnerable enemies.
  • Disciplined Dash: At the end of Dash, Knock Down surrounding enemies for 2 seconds and deal 350%[x] of its damage to them.
  • Disciplined Shadow Step: Damaging an enemy with Shadow Step Stuns them for 2 seconds and reduces its Cooldown by 3 seconds.
  • Enhanced Dark Shroud: Each active Dark Shroud shadow grants you 5%[+] Movement Speed and has a 15% chance to not be consumed.
  • Enhanced Dash: Casting Dash increases your Critical Strike Chance by 10%[+] for 5 seconds.
  • Enhanced Flurry: Each hit with Flurry deals 1%[x] increased damage for 8 seconds, stacking up to 25%[x], and has a 10% chance to apply Vulnerable for 3 seconds.
  • Enhanced Penetrating Shot: Hitting a Boss or Elite with Penetrating Shot has a 25% chance to fire it again for free.
  • Enhanced Poison Imbuement: Casting Poison Imbuement generates 30 Energy, increased by 2 for each Nearby Poisoned enemy.
  • Enhanced Rapid Fire: Each subsequent arrow from Rapid Fire has a 5%[+] increased Critical Strike Chance, stacking up to 25%[+] on the 5th arrow.
  • Enhanced Shadow Step: Damaging an enemy with Shadow Step Dazes and applies Vulnerable to them for 3 seconds.
  • Enhanced Smoke Grenade: Enemies hit by Smoke Grenade take 25%[x] increased damage from you for 5 seconds.
  • Enhanced Twisting Blades: Twisting Blades deals 35%[x] increased damage when returning.
  • Fundamental Blade Shift: Moving through enemies while Blade Shift is active refreshes its duration. After moving through enemies 3 times, your next Blade Shift will Daze enemies for 2 seconds.
  • Improved Flurry: Casting Flurry dashes you to the target and heals you for 10% of your Maximum Life.
  • Methodical Dash: Dash gains an additional charge and its Charge Cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds.
  • Methodical Shadow Step: After using Shadow Step, gain 20% Damage Reduction for 3 seconds.
  • Primary Blade Shift: While Blade Shift is active, gain 15%[+] Resistance to All Elements and reduce the duration of incoming Control Impairing Effects by 30%.
  • Subverting Dark Shroud: Heal for 10% of your Maximum Life when a Dark Shroud shadow is removed.
  • Subverting Poison Trap: Deal 15%[x] increased Poison damage to enemies standing inside your Poison Trap.
  • Subverting Smoke Grenade: Smoke Grenade now deals Poison damage and applies an additional 45% Poisoning damage over 5 seconds.
Sorcerer
  • Enhanced Charged Bolts: On the third hit by a single cast of Charged Bolts, the bolt surges, dealing 78% damage in an area.
  • Enhanced Lightning Spear: Casting Lightning Spear creates an extra Lightning Spear and boosts their Critical Strike Chance by 15%[+].
  • Enhanced Spark: Each time Spark hits its primary target, it has a 40% chance to strike up to three additional enemies, dealing 9% damage. If no other enemies are present, Spark deals 20%[x] increased damage to its primary target.
  • Flickering Arc Lash: Arc Lash grants 5 Mana if it hits at least one enemy. If it hits three or more enemies or a Boss, the next swipe deals 50%[x] more damage.
  • Glinting Spark: Spark increases Critical Strike Chance by 2%[+] per cast for 5 seconds, up to 8%[+]. At maximum stacks, Spark hits grant 1 Mana.
  • Greater Chain Lightning: Each bounce of Chain Lightning increases its damage by 10%[x] for the duration, up to a total of 30%[x].
  • Shimmering Frost Nova: Frost Nova provides a 3%[+] Dodge Chance per enemy hit for 8 seconds, up to 15%[+]. Dodging while this effect is active restores 20 Mana. Hitting a Boss with Frost Nova grants the maximum stacks of the Dodge Chance bonus.
  • Shimmering Ice Armor: While Ice Armor is active, its Cooldown is reduced by 1 second for every 50 Mana spent.
  • Summoned Hydra: Hydra also Burns enemies for an additional 100% of its Base damage over 6 seconds.
  • Wizard’s Blizzard: While Blizzard is active, gain 1 Mana Regeneration for every 20 Maximum Mana. Current Bonus: 5.

Aspects

Barbarian
  • Aspect of Ancestral Echoes: Lucky Hit: Damaging enemies with Leap, Upheaval, or Whirlwind has a [45 – 60]% chance to summon an Ancient to use the same Skill. This can occur only once every 5 seconds.
  • Aspect of Ancestral Force: Hammer of the Ancients quakes outward for [5 – 20]%[x] increased damage. This bonus is doubled against Bosses.
  • Aspect of Limitless Rage: Each point of Fury generated while at Maximum Fury grants your next Core Skill within 5 seconds [1.00 – 2.00]%[x] increased damage, stacking up to 15 times.
  • Aspect of Sundered Ground: Every 20 seconds, your next Upheaval cast is guaranteed to Overpower and deals [15 – 30]%[x] increased damage. Upheaval Critical Strikes against Elites reduce this timer by 1 second.
Druid
  • Aspect of Retaliation: Core Skills: Your Core Skills deal up to [25 – 40]%[x] increased damage based on your Fortify level.
  • Aspect of the Blurred Beast: Dashing with Shred: While dashing, Shred targets Nearby Poisoned enemies and inflicts [40 – 55]%[x] increased damage.
  • Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt: Poisoned and Crowd Controlled Enemies: Deal [25 – 55]%[x] increased damage to Poisoned enemies as a Werebear or Crowd Controlled enemies as a Werewolf.
  • Balanced Aspect: Spirit and Grizzly Rage: Increases Maximum Spirit by [50 – 80] and boosts Spirit Generation by 50%[x] while Grizzly Rage is active.
  • Nighthowler’s Aspect: Blood Howl: Blood Howl increases Critical Strike Chance by [10.0 – 15.0]%[+], and also affects Nearby Players for 3 seconds.
  • Runeworker’s Conduit Aspect: Storm Skills and Lightning Bolts: Critical Strikes with Storm Skills charge the air around you for 3 seconds, causing periodic Lightning Bolts to hit enemies for [375 – 525] Lightning damage. These Lightning Bolts deal [20 – 40]%[x] increased damage.
  • Seismic-shift Aspect: Earth Spike: Earth Spike deals [35 – 50]%[x] increased damage and launches spikes in a line.
  • Shepherd’s Aspect: Companion Skills: Companion Skills deal an additional [5.0 – 10.0]%[x] damage per Companion you have.
  • Skinwalker’s Aspect: Shapeshifting Heal and Fortify: Using a Shapeshifting Skill that changes your form heals you for [5 – 20]% of your Maximum Life. If you are at full Life, gain the same amount as Fortify.
Necromancer
  • Aspect of Bursting Bones: When a segment of Bone Prison is either destroyed or expires, it deals [113 – 180] damage in its surrounding area.
    • Damaging enemies with Sever has a [15 – 30]% chance to spawn a Blight pool under the target, dealing [60 – 120]%[x] bonus damage. This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.
    • Each time one of your Minions damages an enemy, they gain [10 – 15]%[+] Attack Speed for 3 seconds, stacking up to [30 – 45]%[+].
  • Aspect of Grasping Veins: Casting Corpse Tendrils grants you [5 – 20]%[+] increased Critical Strike Chance for 6 seconds. Additionally, you deal [10 – 40]%[x] bonus Critical Strike Damage to enemies for 6 seconds after they are damaged by Corpse Tendrils.
  • Aspect of Hungry Blood: Each cast of Blood Lance launches an extra Blood Lance at a Nearby enemy upon first hitting an already lanced enemy, dealing [40 – 70]% of normal damage.
  • Blighted Aspect: You deal [35 – 50]%[x] increased damage for 6 seconds after the Shadowblight Key Passive damages enemies 10 times.
  • Cadaverous Aspect: Consuming a Corpse boosts the damage of your Core Skills by [3.5 – 6]%[x] for 5 seconds, stacking up to [18 – 30]%[x].
  • Torturous Aspect: Iron Maiden is now also classified as a Darkness Skill and inflicts Shadow damage. Enemies have a [10 – 25]% chance to be Stunned for 1 second when they take damage from Iron Maiden.
Rogue
  • Aspect of Arrow Storms: 
      • Lucky Hit: Your Marksman and Cutthroat Skills have up to a 25% chance to generate an Arrow Storm at the enemy’s location, inflicting [156 – 404] Physical damage over 3 seconds. 
      • Your Arrow Storms inflict [45 – 60]% additional damage.
  • Aspect of Artful Initiative: Your Stun Grenades inflict [25 – 40]% more damage.
  • Aspect of Bursting Venoms: Lucky Hit: Poison Imbued Skills have up to a 15% chance to create a toxic pool dealing [420 – 510] Poisoning damage over 3 seconds to enemies within. While in the pool, your Poison Imbuement Skill has no Cooldown and no Charge limit.
  • Aspect of Encircling Blades: Flurry hits enemies in a circle around you, dealing [25 – 40]%[x] additional damage.
  • Aspect of Noxious Ice: Chilled enemies affected by Poison Imbuement will be further Chilled by 20% per second. You deal [20 – 35]%[x] extra Poison damage to Frozen enemies.
      • While at maximum stacks of the Momentum Key Passive, your Cutthroat Skills deal [30 – 45]% increased damage and you become Unstoppable for 3 seconds every 8 seconds.
  • Aspect of Volatile Shadows: When a Dark Shroud shadow is removed, it triggers an explosion that deals [113 – 158] Shadow damage and applies Shadow Imbuement to each enemy hit.
