The community-favorite event is returning in Dragonflight Season 2 to challenge the most skilled players once again. When does the tournament start? What can players expect? Read on to find out!
What is The Great Push?
The Great Push is a tournament in which participants from all over the world must complete Mythic Plus dungeons as quickly and effectively as possible. This year’s event introduces eight new dungeons and the $330,000 prize pool.
The whole process is quite straightforward. It all starts with Proving Grounds, which took place from July 5 to July 10, in which teams faced two +15 keystones. Now the top 18 teams with the highest keystones are divided into three global groups with six teams each and will take part in the broadcast portion of the tournament. They will face six keystones to push them as high as possible in 15 hours that are spread over three days. After that, the top two teams from each group will advance to the TGP Global Finals that will determine who is the best of the best.
The event is a great opportunity to watch the high-end players completing the most difficult Mythic Plus WoW dungeons in the game and learn new tips and tricks, so it’s no wonder why WoW fans love watching it. And if you want to join them, let us tell you when and how you can do this.
The Great Push 2023 Schedule
The first group will try to push the keystones this weekend, so there’s not much time left before we can enjoy the tournament. Here is the full schedule:

The event will be broadcasted live on Twitch.tv/Warcraft and YouTube.com/Warcraft at 10:00 AM PT / 7:00 PM CET each weekend and hosted by the WoW legends like Tristan “Dratnos” Killeen and Caroline “Naguura” Forer. Dungeons and Mythic Plus Affixes will be announced at the start of each weekend on WoW Esports Twitter, so stay tuned.
