Interestingly, while there are four types of Hearts, players will only encounter three differently colored Infested sockets. This is due to the unique ability of the rare and powerful Wrathful Hearts, which can be slotted into any socket.

Similar to Nightmare Sigils, players can salvage unwanted Malignant Hearts. These hearts transform into a base material that players can utilize to craft more favorable Hearts.
