Get Ready To Dominate: Warzone Season 3 Brings One-Hit-Down Snipers

The devs have shared some details about a few features we’ll see in the major update, and to the players’ delight, one of them is the comeback of One-Hit-Down Snipers. Here’s everything you need to know about this and other changes coming to the game.

The Long-Anticipated Feature Returns in New Season

Ahead of the Season 3 release, Activision has posted a quick community update, where they shone a light on some changes that are coming to the game. According to their post, the devs have listened to the feedback from players and made all changes in order to improve their experience.

One such change is the introduction of One-Shot Sniper Rifles the community was waiting for. This addition is meant to diversify the combat playstyles, however, not all rifles will be able to make one-shot kills.

As was emphasized in the blog post, landing a headshot requires a bolt-action sniper equipped with Explosive Ammunition, which implies that only the MCPR-300, the Victus XMR, and the brand-new FJX Imperium are able to do that. Other weapons will still need to make two shots to eliminate their adversaries. But let’s see how this feature will actually work in the game once the update hits to see if it can indeed shake things up during combat situations.

Other Changes Arriving in Warzone 2

Pacing

Battle Royale’s pace has been optimized, featuring reduced delay time between circles closing mid-game, additional Ammo Caches, and Buy Stations for late-game regain support, and UAV Towers to increase combat engagement opportunities and provide intel.

Combat

Combat has undergone significant changes, including reduced HUD damage feedback intensity and high-damage outliers for better visibility and consistency in combat. Equipment and killstreak rebalances include a Bomb Drone update that supports enemy squad flushing and pushing instead of one-hit-down.

Movement

Improved mantling over objects or through windows, sliding, and diving responsiveness will provide dynamic and fluid movement. The addition of Redeploy Drones will offer enhanced rotation opportunities.

Quality of Life Improvements

Season 3 will introduce the quality of life upgrades, such as the addition of elevation arrows on the Tac Map to locate objects better. Additionally, the “Incoming Killstreak” banner has been moved further from the aiming reticule for clearer sight.

How Else Can You Improve Your Gaming Experience?

These changes will certainly shake things up in the new season as well as the new content we’re about to explore. But it’s important to remember that not all the update’s features and additions always turn out to be as fun as you expect. Yes, new challenges are exciting, but sometimes they can take too much time to complete or include way too much grind.

However, you don’t have to do something you don’t enjoy. Instead, you can let professional players do all the hard work for you, leaving you the best part. And the good news is, you can hire them right here, at LFCarry. So, if you want to start Season 3 with the best gear and stats, and unlock everything from the new Battle Pass, give us a try right now! We have so much to offer you.

Good luck, and have a great game!
