The highly anticipated patch is scheduled for release on Tuesday, August 8. It’s worth mentioning that Blizzard has adopted a new approach of providing players with advanced notice by sharing the finalized patch notes almost a week in advance. This demonstrates their commitment to keeping the community informed about upcoming changes. The recent updates have brought about some notable changes, primarily in the form of buffs. However, it’s worth mentioning that bosses have had their health enhanced at higher levels. This adjustment ensures they remain challenging and not the easiest aspect of dungeons. One positive change that has been implemented is the guarantee that bosses, treasure goblins, and legion events will now drop at least one legendary item. Additionally, there is a bonus new stash tab available!

However, many people are eager to witness the class buffs, and there is quite an abundance of them. Players knew most of these updates, but now we have the official version. According to Blizzard, they mentioned that approximately 90-95% of the content previously shown will be included. This article provides an update on the current state of all the classes. The Barbarian and Sorcerer classes have received significant attention and improvements, mainly due to the adjustments made after the 1.1.0 nerfs. Class Balance Upgrades

Classes have had several balancing changes. Blizzard wanted to increase Sorcerers and Barbarians’ efficacy while also tackling some specific issues for each Class:

Sorcerer

  • Enhance late-game resilience mainly through Paragon Board upgrades.
  • Change several Class mechanisms to avoid “Kiss-Curse” effects, in which the gamer receives power but loses power elsewhere.

Barbarian

  • Increase Fury generation on Basic Skills to quicken the flow of combat in the beginning stages.
  • Increase the power of Unique Items to add late-game intensity.
  • Builds that need to be achieving a higher power level should be strengthened.
  • Expand application cases for Legendary items and other situational effects.

  • Bash: Fury gained enhanced from 11 to 13.
  • Flay: Fury gained enhanced from 10 to 13.
  • Enhanced Frenzy: Fury gained enhanced from 2 to 3.
  • Lunging Strike: Fury gained enhanced from 10 to 2.
  • Double Swing: Damage enhanced from 40% to 50%.
  • Enhanced Rupture: Damage enhanced from 45% to 70%.
  • Enhanced Charge: Damage enhanced from 30% to 60%.
  • Mighty Charge: Vulnerable duration enhanced from 2 to 4 secs.
  • Violent Upheaval: If Upheaval damages at a minimum of 2 enemies or a Boss, you acquire Berserking for 2 seconds, enhanced to 3 seconds if it damages at least 4 adversaries.

  • Aggressive Resistance: Damage reduction enhanced from 3% to 4%.
  • Gushing Wounds: Bleed damage dealt based on Critical Damage bonus enhanced from 100% to 115%. Bleed damage when Overpowering is enhanced from 11% to 70%.
  • Unconstrained: Berserking damage bonus enhanced from 25% to 35%. Updated the tooltip to reflect this Key Passive’s value more clearly
  • Walking Arsenal: Bonus damage duration enhanced from 6 to 8 seconds.

  • Damage enemies take standing in pools is enhanced from 15% to 20%.
  • Rupture Cooldown Reduction affix replaced with Bonus Critical Strike Damage.

  • Damage enhanced from .6-.8 to .85-1.1.
  • Burning duration enhanced from 3 to 4 seconds.
  • Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies affix replaced with Bonus Critical Strike Damage.

Ramaladni’s Magnum Opus

  • Physical Damage affix replaced with Vulnerable Damage.

100,000 Steps

  • Attacks reduce Evade’s cooldown affix and are replaced with bonus Evade charges.
  • Damage against Stunned affixes is replaced with bonus Movement Speed.

Battle Trance

  • Basic Skill Damage affix replaced with Cooldown Reduction.
  • Bonus Attack Speed to other skills enhanced from 10-20% to 35-45%.

  • Ferocious Wolf Pack: Fortify amount enhanced from 5% to 8%.
  • Ravens: Passive damage enhanced from 13% to 20%.
  • Brutal Ravens: Additional functionality: Increase the passive damage of Ravens by 40%.
  • Rabies: Damage over time enhanced from 76% to 110%.

  • Combustion: Your Burning effects deal x20% enhanced damage, plus an additional x2% enhanced damage per unique Burning source you have applied to the enemy.

  • Searing Heat: Casting a Fireball or Meteor increases your Critical Strike Chance by 5% for 5 seconds, up to 15%.
  • Ceaseless Conduit
    • Increase Crackling Energy’s damage from 2% to 3% per 20 Intelligence the player has Reinforced Rare Glyph.
    • Damage reduction enhanced from 10% to 15%.
  • Territorial: Damage reduction enhanced from 10% to 15%.
  • Warding: Damage reduction enhanced from 13% to 25%.
  • Keeper of Flames:
    • Damage reduction enhanced from 4% to 5%.
    • Bonus damage reduction enhanced from 4% to 5%.
  • Smoldering Embers:
    • Damage reduction from burning enemies enhanced from 4% to 5%.
    • Bonus damage reduction from burning enemies enhanced from 4% to 5%.
  • Guarded:
    • Damage reduction from Vulnerable enemies enhanced from 4% to 5%.

  • Damage penalty decreased from 65-55% to 45-35%.
  • Damage to Stunned affix replaced with Lucky Hit: Change to Restore Resource.
  • The illuminator’s first bounce occurs much closer to the player.

  • Wither Legendary Board:
    • Willpower requirement for bonuses was reduced from 50 to 40.
    • Bonus damage per 40 Willpower increased from 2.5% to 4%.

 

Legendaries

  • Aspect of Empowering Reaper: Damaging enemies with Sever has a 10-20% chance to spawn a pool of Blight under the target that deals 20-60% bonus damage. This effect can only happen once every 3 seconds.
  • Aspect of Exposed Flesh: Lucky Hit: Up to a 10% chance to generate 30-50 Essence when hitting a Vulnerable enemy.
  • Aspect of Decay: Damage increased from 20-40% to 25-45%.
  • Aspect of Torment: Essence Regeneration increased from 20-30% to 90-170%.
  • Hulking Aspect:
    • The legendary category changed from Resource to Utility.
    • The chance for Golem to reduce its cooldown increased from 1-4% to 2-5%.
    • The chance for Golem to spawn a corpse increased from 0.5-2% to 1-2.5%.
