Legendary Drop Rates
- Dungeon Bosses, Legion Events, and The Butcher are going to drop Legendaries lvl 35+.
- Treasure Goblins are now going to have a 100% Legendary drop chance at lvl 15+ instead of a 50% at lvl 35.
Monster Density
- Nightmare Dungeons and Helltide monster density is going to be escalated.
Sorcerer Changes
- Aspects like Serpentine Aspect are going to offer benefits with no downsides.
- Enhanced survivability with expanded Damage Reduction on Paragon Glyphs.
- A new Legendary Aspect will be featured: Mage–Lord’s Aspect, enhancing Vyr’s Mastery Key
- Passive’s Damage was lowered by 20-30% for each Close enemy, up to 60-90%.
Barbarian Changes
