Ashava the Pestilent first made her appearance in the Diablo franchise during the Early Beta Access weekend, which began on March 17. She is the first and biggest World Boss in Diablo 4 so far.

Ashava is a challenging dragon-demon creature with various massive attacks, capable of defeating you in a single shot if you’re unprepared. You can confront her with an up to 12 players party. By taking her down, you’ll gain legendary rewards. But to obtain them, you’ll have a limited amount of time to kill her, 15 minutes to be exact. You can locate her in Crucible, on the eastern side of Fractured Peaks, the first zone where Diablo 4 players can venture.

The Early Access and Open beta weekends allowed players to fully explore the game’s opening stages, including the Prologue and all of Act 1. However, few of them were prepared for what was to come pertaining to Ashava. Even highly skilled players and content creators had a painful surprise. Inevitably, several individuals saw this as an opportunity to test their own abilities trying to take Ashava down completely solo, going as far as to try on doing so in Hardcore mode.

Two Youtubers Achieved The Impossible
Two players ventured on this difficult challenge and came out victorious! We are talking about two Youtube content creators: Wudijo, who was able to defeat Ashava on his own (not one time, but two times), and Vidjereii, who defeated her in less than 4 minutes. They both did so as Hardcore Rogues. They skillfully avoided Ashava’s powerful attacks and reduced her health with almost artistic ease, making the battle appear simple. We are sure that Rogues will gain a lot more popularity in the community after such an impressive performance!
And don’t worry, although the Open Beta Weekend is over, Ashava will return once Diablo IV is fully released, so you can test your gaming abilities by confronting her!
