#1. Hoarfrost-Z Chest Piece
The first one that comes to mind is Harfrost-Z. Besides looking slick, this chest piece replaces your handy Barricade with a wall of Stasis crystals. This new Barricade will slow down nearby enemies while giving your allies increased reloading speed, handling, and range for their weapons! You can now use your new wall more tactically, cutting out some paths for enemies in PvP or giving your teammates an extra edge in PvE. To get this one, you’re going to need to beat a Lost Sector solo on Legend or Master difficulty.
#2. Icefall Mantle Gauntlets
This piece of armor also modifies your Barricade but in a more radical way. Instead of the Barricade, you’re going to give out a burst of Stasis energy that’s going to slow down enemies and give you an overshield. Overshield is great, especially in dodgy PvP situations when you know your health is all but gone, and you’re about to die if someone sneezes in your general direction. Some might say replacing a barricade with a personal over shield is “selfish,” but no one will ever turn down an unkillable Titan! You must defeat a Lost Sector solo on Legend or Master levels to obtain this one as well.
#3. Precious Scars Helmet
This Exotic piece is really interesting. If you use Stasis weapons with your Stasis Sub-class, the final blows will heal you and your allies for about 60HP within a 15-meter radius according to light.gg. Furthermore, when your allies revive you, you and your allies within 15 meters will get an over shield. It’s really hard to misinterpret the usefulness of these effects, which benefit not only you but your allies as well!
#4. Synthoceps Gauntlets
Unlike the previous entries, this one is rather for those who prefer aggressive playstyle. These gauntlets upgrade your melee and its range and make this attack and your Super more effective when you’re surrounded by enemies. It will be a great choice for you if you prefer to run around with a shotgun in Crucible because Synthoceps will let you immediately close the distance with your enemy and deal damage so you can finish them off with one shot if they’re still alive!
#5. Cadmus Ridge Lancecap Helmet
This funky-looking cap offers a bit more specific enhancement. What it does is makes the Stasis Lances create Stasis crystals on impact when you throw them. How do you get the Lances? Well, the Lancecap takes care of this too. If you use your Stasis sub-class while behind the rally barricade, your rapid precision hits and final blows will spawn a Stasis Lance right at your feet. Yes, sounds a bit tricky and too much commitment, but the end result is hella fun!
Summing Up
While all of these pieces of Exotic gear might not be everyone’s cup of tea, you gotta agree that they add a certain flavor to Stasis. Besides, certain Stasis builds must have these Exotics. But how does one get them? Well, unironically, all of them are obtained by completing Solo Legend and Master Lost Sectors. But it’s a tough challenge, which becomes even harder when you don’t have the max Light score of your gear. So, if you’re skipping the game, these Exotics are as good as unavailable for you. Or are they? Did you know that you could just buy a service that gets you the desired exotic for your Guardian? Yep, it’s pretty simple and very effective.
