TABLE OF CONTENTS
What Are Ensembles?
Ensembles typically include a collection of armor pieces from a specific set or theme and can be obtained through various in-game activities such as PvP rewards, holiday events, or specific achievements.
When a player uses an ensemble, all the items within that set are immediately added to their transmog collection, allowing them to use these appearances to customize their character’s look. This feature is especially useful for players who want to complete a specific aesthetic or match their gear to a particular theme without having to collect each piece individually.
What Are The Mist of Pandaria Ensembles?
This event is part of a seasonal celebration that revisits and enhances content from the Mists of Pandaria expansion, offering players a chance to experience it with new twists and rewards. The ensembles typically feature complete sets of armor that capture the unique aesthetic of Pandaria, characterized by vibrant colors and intricate designs inspired by Asian art and mythology.
These ensembles can be earned through various in-game activities such as completing event-specific quests, participating in dungeons and raids, or engaging in special world events. Once a player obtains an ensemble, all the included armor pieces are added to their transmog collection, allowing them to change their character’s appearance to match the themed set.
In the Mists of Pandaria Remix event, players can find vendors in any of the Timerunning locations offering special ensembles. These ensembles can be purchased and learned by any character, regardless of their class or armor type. This means that players can acquire transmog sets even if the tier or armor type does not originally belong to their character’s class. This flexibility allows players to enhance their transmog collection and enjoy the unique aesthetics of Pandaria across all their characters.

Garrosh Heirlooms and Tusks of Mannoroth
In the Mists of Pandaria Remix event, Pythagorus is a vendor who offers some of the rarest and most coveted items from the expansion, including the Tusks of Mannoroth and Garrosh Heirlooms. The Tusks of Mannoroth are highly sought-after plate shoulder pieces originally dropped by Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid. These iconic shoulders are now available for purchase, providing players a chance to obtain this once-elusive appearance.
In addition to the Tusks of Mannoroth, Pythagorus also sells heirloom items that were initially awarded by Garrosh Hellscream but became unobtainable after the expansion ended. These heirlooms are now accessible again, allowing players to add them to their collections.
To purchase these items, players need to use a special currency called Bones of Mannoroth. These bones drop from Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid, with the drop rate varying based on the raid’s difficulty:
- Normal Garrosh: 1x Bones of Mannoroth per kill
- Heroic Garrosh: 4x Bones of Mannoroth per kill
- Mythic Garrosh: 10x Bones of Mannoroth per kill.
Collecting these bones will allow players to buy these rare items from Pythagorus, adding valuable and visually striking pieces to their transmog collections.

Weapon Appearances Exclusive To Mop Remix
The Mists of Pandaria Remix event introduces several unique weapon models and tints that players can only obtain through world drops. These exclusive appearances include:
- Unused Colors of Starting Zone Weapons: For example, the Temple Trainee’s Blade features color variations not seen in the original game.
- Unused Colors of MoP Raid Weapons: Pride’s Gaze, originally from Garrosh, now comes in different tints.
- Unused Colors of Some BFA Island Weapons: The Waterspeaker’s Staff, typically from Battle for Azeroth, now appears in new hues.
- Never-Before-Seen Weapon Models: The Brazier of the Eternal Empire is a weapon model that never made it into the original MoP launch.
Since there are no weapon arsenals available for purchase with Bronze currency from MoP Remix vendors, the only way to collect these unique weapon appearances is by farming mobs throughout the event. Each weapon appearance is tied to specific zones, allowing players to target farm particular areas and reduce the randomness involved in obtaining them.
