Who is Xûr?
If you don’t know who Xûr is, he happens to be one of the strangest D2 vendors. He offers Legendary weapons, Exotic armor, and other items every weekend. He appears every Friday at 6 PM BST/10 AM PDT/1 PM EDT and sets off at the weekly reset on Tuesday.
That being said, let’s find out where you can find Xûr right now and what items he’s offering this weekend.

This weekend, Xur is at the Towe Bazaar, next to the Ramen Shop.
Xûr's Rank Up Loot
Xur has a rank up system like other vendors. Spending Strange Coins on Xur’s items will increase your rank. Every rank reset grants an Exotic Cipher (this does not replace the Xenology quest).

How to earn Strange coins?
To buy items from Xûr’s inventory you will have to first obtain Strange Coins. You can do it by completing activities like Crucible and Vanguard.
Earn Extra Strange Coins with Xur’s New Buff!
After investing 47 Strange Coins, Xur will unlock a special buff for you known as Strange Favor. This powerful buff increases your chances of receiving additional Strange Coins each time you earn one. You can obtain Strange Favor once per week, and it lasts for 11 days, allowing you to stack up to three of these buffs for maximum coin-earning potential.
