Tier List Explanation
Before we delve into the specifics, it’s important to note that the PTR had several bugs, making it challenging to test everything accurately. However, I’ve gathered as much information as possible from the community and accounted for several bug fixes. There are also many new and cool uniques, such as the Crown of Lucion and the Talisman of the Lord, which significantly buff basic builds. These items might be tuned down for class balance, but they play a crucial role in the current meta for now.
Sorcerer
The sorcerer class comes in at number five. The Sorcerer has been nerfed significantly, with several passives and the Perma Flame Shield immunity removed. However, there are still some promising new builds, particularly in the lighting category. The Splintering Energy build, for example, has shown potential, but it currently sits in the B tier. The highest-performing Sorcerer build is the Firebolt Shatter Sorcerer, which remains strong despite removing immortality.

Necromancer

The Bone Spirit Necromancer, in particular, performs exceptionally well, comfortably sitting in the S tier.

Druid

Rogue

Other notable builds include the Bash Barbarian and the Whirlwind Barbarian, which are performing exceptionally well.
